[CS1.6] Demos Archive

my personal archive of 1.6 demos from gotfrag, HLTV, complexity-clan, etc. collected with the help of the ancient CS community, i am in the process of cleaning and deduplicating it for public presentation. [link]

[CS1.6] The Art of Counter Strike

an extremely in-depth collection of CS tips and tricks, originally published as a book. very niche, i do not personally know anyone who had a physical copy, but scans were available if you knew where to look! includes art of CS (Rambo) and art of fRoD (… :>) (ZIP, 664MB, [download])

[MGUNS] fte.cfg

my personal fte.cfg for tasty spleen studios’ midnight guns, a fantastic game that you really should check out. $3 a month gets you a steam key, and pugs happen regularly! [fte.cfg, plaintext]

[RTCW] Aiming by Raziel

some will be familiar with RaZiel as one of the best RTCW/ET players of all time, with unreal aim for the time. this is his famous aim guide in its original form, complete with configs, example videos in AVI format, and texts on aim technique and warmup. a bit anachronistic now in the days of highly optimized KovaaK’s-style aim, but worth preserving.
